Parent Support

Zoe
Marketing Manager and Parent Support

Here at Woodlands we understand that taking care of our parents is just as important as the children at our setting. Zoe is dedicated  in making sure that your needs are met throughout you whole time at Woodlands, right from the time they show you our setting on your tour through too handing out the tissue box on Graduation day!!

Zoe works within our office and is solely dedicated to the parental experience of our setting. Her role is to be with you right from the beginning. From booking in your tours, showing you around, registering you and introducing you to your key person and then being right on hand for anything you need until your children leave us for school.

Zoe started within our baby unit in 2008 and it became to clear to us that her fantastic enthusiasm wasn’t limited to just making sure the children loved Woodlands, but went above and beyond to make sure that parents felt comfortable and supported leaving their children. Her thirst for knowledge led her into completing her Ba (Hons) in Childhood Studies which has added to her insight into the world of Childcare. Zoe has recently returned to her role from Maternity leave and has found that since becoming a mother herself she is able to empathize and support parents even more, as they begin the transition to nursery.

In the past year Zoe has organised a set of hugely successful events that help parents become part of our day to day practice, this has included visits to the local old age home, parents reading to the children during World Book Week, Easter Egg Appeal for children’s cancer wards, Family Fun Day and World Earth Week.
