Childcare Fees
Our fees are broken up into three categories, reflecting the three age groups and staff ratios.
We are closed for 5 working days during Christmas. We are closed for bank holidays and our pricing reflects that, therefore there are no refunds for bank holidays. Pricing is reviewed annually.
Childcare Fees Non-Funded (Children not eligible for Early Years funding)
In order to secure a place a registration fee and a deposit is payable. Free entitlement for 9 months and old is offered, contact our office admin team for details, conditions apply.
(prices as at 2025 subject to change)Children are not eligible for Early Years funding when-
- They have not yet met the age requirement for funding
- Both parents do not work
- Only one parent is in employment
- One or more parents do not meet the threshold of earnings
- One or more parents earn over the threshold of earnings
When this is the case, the following fees apply.

Childcare Fees Funded Hours Only
During this time there are no compulsory charges, children are provided with the following, free of charge:
- Nappies, baby wipes, nappy creams

- Sunscreen
- Two healthy snacks a day
- Breakfast which includes a selection of cereals, toast and fresh fruit
- A two course lunch
- A two course Tea
- Milk and water throughout the day
Our funded hours are accessible without conditions, charges for meals, consumables or additional services. Parents can make voluntary contributions towards any consumables such as food, snacks, if they wish but these will not be billed for.
Where children attend setting on a term time only basis, sessions will be allocated at the end of each term, for the following, based on our availability.
All children both on funded hours and non funded hours receive full EYFS provision.
Where children attend over their funded hours (eg a full day session which is 10.5 hours, more than 30 hours a week, or attend all year round), additional hours are charged at an hourly rate- please see below.
