Thank you is hardly enough to say For how you cared for xxxxxxx each day From 6 months old to nearly two She's had such a great time with all of you From a quiet little baby to toddling two's Every Milestone you have seen her through Starting to crawl & learning to walk Making friends and beginning to talk xxxxxx has loved her time with you So many toys and activities to do From feeding rabbits & messy play So much fun to have everyday It's clear to see how much you all care With all the love and cuddles you share Not just the babies but supporting Mums too I can't thank you enough for all that you do I didn't always make the time to say How much this means to me every day To leave her with you and always know What an amazing place for her to learn & grow

Parent Area

We are very pleased to announce the completion of our large outdoor play place. We now have a wonderful selection of areas where children can have different experiences and explore different textures. We really value our outdoor play and now we can all enjoy this new addition to the Woodlands nursery.

Just a little reminder to hand in your reply slips for Father Christmas and the Christmas Parties so the units can confirm catering numbers. Just to confirm Christmas Light Swtich On will be at 5pm Wednesday 1st December 2010 We are looking forward to seeing you all there.

Every year our Advisory Teacher from the Early Years Childcare and Education Unit comes and visits our setting. This is to discuss what developments we have been making since our OUTSTANDING was awarded 09/10. We are very pleased to announce that we have again moved up another grade into Maintaining and Innovating (cerficate available to view in our ofsted section). Our Advisory teachers feedback comments include: "Very reflective. All staff are actively contributing - reflective meetings inform the development" "Utilizing EYP's knowledge and skills which has impacted on provision. Developing continuous provision, staff training and general knowledge. Regular staff appraisals" "All risk assessments continually assessed in conjunction with parents comments. Child protection is a regular agenda point at staff meetings" "Strong links with other providers. Website has been updated. it is used well, has added to the strong two way flowof information" We will as always continue to development and strive to maintain a great environment for your children to learn and develop.
