Every day is unique in the baby room due to their individual personalities that we gently support through having a flexible routine.
We pride ourselves with having some of the very best childcare practitioners around. Our staff vary in age and experience so reflecting different views on life. Every staff member has a genuine passion for providing high quality care, seeing each child as an individual, adapting their care accordingly and building a close relationship with parents so you feel comfortable and confident leaving your precious child in our care. All staff access regular training in a variety of subjects so they can remain up to date with any changes in legislation and practice and to ensure they are providing the children with a different variety of activities. Each staff member has their own group of children that they are responsible for; very strong bonds are formed with the Key worker, the child and the parents. All our staff have a current CRB (police checks). Our layout is specifically designed to support all six areas of learning and we provide a wide variety of materials and toys to challenge the children to extend and develop their individuals learning. After-school is a time for fun and chilling out, therefore as well as the toys we have a TV, DVD's, playstation, large garden, indoor play zone and much much more.
